CHIMNEY CLEANING
Simple Joys offers Affordable & Thorough Chimney Cleaning & Inspections for one stop convenience & peace of mind.
We generally clean from the inside using extension sections and a spinning brush & hand brushes. We start by laying down a drop cloth to cover the area in front of the fireplace or stove, set up our vacuum for any dust and cleanup, evaluate conditions of chimney and flue, clean chimney & soot & debris. Cleaning generally takes between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours per fireplace.

Standard chimney (one flue) - $100
Two flue one chimney - $160
Wood Stove - $130
Stove insert - $110 + $40-60 without liner (needs to be pulled out)
We will give you a firm price before we start when we arrive to do the cleaning. Things that can add to the price, but aren't too common are, Stage 3 creosote (shinny hard layer, hasn't been cleaned in a long while or lots of use), Extra long chimney, problems with access, odd shaped flues, dead animals, bird accumulations.
