HOUSE WASHING
House washing done correctly is just like washing your car, safe, easy, and effective. Simple Joys uses professional house wash soap with 100% pure D-Limonene, orange peel solvent to remove any growth, dirt, or oxidation. Where there is any growth we add a light bleach and mild mildewcide if desired. We also use long wants for safety to reach up too 3 stories. A small amount of water can make it through doors or windows that are not airtight but a towel on the inside can easily mitigate that possibility.

Pricing for house washing starts at 11 cent a square foot of exterior surface for the average house.
