The Average house in 2011, some doing inside & out, some doing exterior only was $210 (discounted with other services). To Help give you an idea what it would cost to do your windows we have included pictures and a average prices per window. Just multiply the number of windows you have by the price plus any screens. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions. Things that can increase the price are windows that haven't been cleaned in over a year, hard to access, has stuff that needs to be removed from the window sill, and oversized windows.
For regular sized windows just multiply your number of windows by $6.75 for cleaning your windows inside & out, as an example the average house has about 25 windows x $6.75 = $168.75 + 10 screens x $2 brush exterior screens ($3 for soap wash of screens) = 20; 168.75 + 20 + 35 trip charge (trip charges vary see below) = $223.75. For exteriors only multiply the total by 65% - $168.75 x 65% = $109.69 + 20 screens & 35 trip charge = $164.69 including screens. Also remember to add specialty windows separately, their are some samples at the bottom of the page. This should give you a good approximate of your final cost. We have an $105 minimum and small jobs can run slightly more per window to cover travel.
